THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we are upgrading your credit card with additional features and enhanced security. We will send out new credit cards to all cardholders in January 2025.

We've heard reports that the card activation phone number on your card may not work. Please call 866.762.0558 to activate your card.

WHAT'S CHANGING?


  • Your new card will have a new credit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.

  • You will need to set a new pin in online banking after the transition is complete to make a cash advance at an ATM.

  • You will need to set up alerts, controls and travel flags in online banking after the transition is complete if you want or need them.

SCHEDULED PURCHASES


  • Recurring and scheduled purchases need to be updated with the new card information.

  • Card information previously saved to merchants/websites will become obsolete and will need to be replaced with your new card number.

  • Any recurring loan payments made to your AERO Financial credit card account will need to be updated.  This includes payments scheduled with EZCardInfo, bill pay, or outside ACH services.

SYSTEM UPDATES


  • Our system will be down temporarily on Saturday January 25th, 2025, including online banking. Your debit card will continue to work during maintenance with lower limits.

  • The rewards and cash back websites may not be available for a short time during the transition and points will be transitioned in the following weeks.

  • Card control functionality will not be available for the first few weeks.

CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS


  • The credit card statement date will be changed to the end of the month.

  • Credit card due dates will be the 28th of the month going forward beginning in March.

Will my credit card number be changing?

Yes, your new card will have a new credit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.

Yes, you will need to:

  • Add new card info to existing merchant subscriptions.
